Cancellation Policy
A credit card will be required at the time of booking. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment we require at least 24 hours notice. If a cancellation is made less than the required notice period, or in case of a no show, your credit card will be fully charged for the service(s) booked. If your appointment required a deposit, that deposit is not refundable. The 24 hour policy still applies to appointments that required a deposit. If You are 15 min late or more and we are not able to complete the scheduled services, you will be charged 50% of the services that were not completed.
